mini wine BOTTLES
HOW TO MAKE SURE OUR LABELS WILL FIT YOUR BOTTLES:
We've expertly designed our mini wine labels to fit the most common body shapes for mini wine found at your local liquor purveryor. When shopping, look for 187ml bottles (almost all mini wine bottles are 187ml) that have a straight body and high shoulders like the ones featured in our photos. If you're unsure if our labels will work - just print out this handy guide, cut out the shapes, and take them with you while shopping - if they lay flat against your desired bottle, you're good to go!
OTHER AWESOME TIPS
• When shopping, look for 187ml bottles (almost all minis are 187ml) that have a straight body and high shoulders like the ones featured in our photos.
• For easy removal, make sure your bottle's original label is adhered on and not directly printed on the bottle.
• Avoid bottles with too much writing around the neck - a clean appearance will make your personalized labels stand out better!
wine & champagne FAQ
Can I use the mini champs labels on mini wine bottles? Or vice versa?
If you’ve purchased one of our Wedding Milestones sets and chose a “First Baby” milestone label, or purchased any labels for a baby shower, consider adding an alcohol-free wine or champagne bottle so the mother-to-be can enjoy a glass as well! They are readily available at Bevmo for less than $10 a bottle - our favorite brand is FRE. Another alternative is sparkling cider or sparkling grape juice!
What if the recipient drinks but doesn't like wine?
If the recipient drinks but isn't a big fan of wine, consider giving her an introductory wine or one that's great for cooking. Introductory wine (one that's great for beginners) should be sweet and light like a Sauvignon Blanc or Port. Sauvignon Blancs are also great for cooking! Other great wines for cooking include: Merlot, White Bordeaux, and Pinot Grigio.
